Terms of Service

By accessing or using Executive AI, operated by Alassa Technology Solutions ("we", "our", "us", or "Company"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to any part of these terms, please do not use the service.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using Executive AI, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to comply with these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. Your continued use of the service constitutes your ongoing acceptance of these terms.

2. Use of Service

This application is intended for lawful purposes only. You agree not to:

• Misuse, exploit, or damage the platform or its infrastructure
• Attempt unauthorized access to accounts or systems
• Use the service for illegal, fraudulent, or harmful activities
• Violate any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Reverse-engineer or attempt to modify the service without authorization

3. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. We are not liable for unauthorized access due to your negligence.

4. Service Availability and Modifications

We strive to maintain continuous service availability. However:

• We may modify, update, or discontinue any part of the service at any time without prior notice
• We are not liable for service interruptions, downtime, or data loss caused by maintenance, updates, or technical issues
• We may implement rate limits or usage restrictions as needed

5. Limitations of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• We are not responsible for data loss or corruption caused by app failures, user error, or system issues
• We are not responsible for decisions, actions, or outcomes based on the app's output or recommendations
• We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of the service or any information provided
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

6. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, features, and functionality of Executive AI (including software, design, text, and graphics) are the exclusive property of Alassa Technology Solutions or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the service for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

7. User-Generated Content

Any data, text, or content you input into the service ("User Content") remains your property. However, you grant us a license to use, process, and analyze such content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the service. We do not share User Content with third parties except where required by law.

8. Charges and Payment

The User shall pay any Subscription Fees to Alassa Technology Solutions for the User Packages as set out on the Subscription Page and in accordance with this clause 8.

The User shall at the point of subscribing to a User Package, provide to Alassa Technology Solutions valid, up-to-date and complete credit card details and any other relevant valid, up-to-date and complete contact and billing details and the User hereby authorises Alassa Technology Solutions to bill such credit card for the Subscription Fees payable in respect of the User Packages.

Alassa Technology Solutions shall be entitled to alter the Subscription Fees at any point in time, upon written notice to the User.

The User may terminate any User Package in accordance with the relevant termination provisions set out on the Subscription Page.

9. Cancellation Policy

Trial Period

All new users on Executive AI are entitled to a trial period, during which they can explore and evaluate our platform's features. No charges are applied during this period.

Upgrading to a Subscription Plan

During the Trial Period, user can select any one of the three Paid Plans, the billing amount will be deducted only at the end of the Trial Period. If the user doesn't select any of the three Paid Plans for upgradation after Trial Period, then he/she will be automatically upgraded to the Standard Plan at the end of the Trial Period. The Billing Amount will be automatically deducted on the first day every billing cycle.

Changes to Subscription Plans

If you switch from a higher-priced plan to a lower-priced plan before the end of your billing period, the difference will not be refunded but will be adjusted in future billing cycles.

Cancellation and Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us at techadmin@alassatech.in. If you choose to terminate or delete your Executive AI account, no pro-rata refunds will be provided for any unused days in the billing period.

We value our relationship with each user and aim to handle each request fairly and promptly. We urge users to contact our support team for any concerns or clarifications regarding billing before requesting a refund.

10. Third-Party Services

Executive AI uses Google OAuth for authentication. Your use of Google services is governed by Google's Terms of Service. We are not responsible for the practices or policies of third-party services.

11. Termination

We may suspend, disable, or terminate your access to the service at any time, with or without cause, for violations of these terms or for any other reason. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service at any time by posting the updated version on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the service following such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. We encourage you to review these terms periodically.

13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms of Service is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

15. Entire Agreement

These Terms of Service, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Alassa Technology Solutions regarding your use of Executive AI and supersede all prior agreements, understandings, and negotiations.
